UMUORII RAINBOW ESTATE is an ultra-modern residential and commercial housing estate currently being developed on the 15.014 Hectares former site of Old Owerri Local Government Headquarters situate along Egbu/Uratta Ring Road Owerri North, otherwise known as Plot P.10 Egbu/Uratta Layout Owerri North.
The project commenced in Year 2007 on the basis of the Umuorii Rainbow Estate Layout Drawing/Design approved by the town planning authority being the Town Planning & Open Spaces Division of Imo State Ministry of Lands, Survey & Physical Planning dated 18th June 2007. But owing to distortions done by different interest groups between 2016 and 2023, the development of the Layout was impeded by countless ligations all of which have come to an end.
To be the effective, efficient and trusted housing company that proposed the establishment of an ultra-modern residential housing estate called UMUORII RAINBOW ESTATE to Imo State Government in Year 2004, received government approval, established the Estate at top standards and then maintained the management of those standards with the first century in view.
To lease our plots only to credible investors who buy into our expected quality standards and century management goals, and also commit never to do anything that could turn the Estate to a slum or something unbefitting the set standards.
