All payments to be made by any person in connection with plots of Umuorii Rainbow Estates or other approved services must be made to pass through the appropriate Naira or Domiciliary Accounts of Umuorii Rainbow Estates Limited (formerly called Owerri North Housing Estates Limited). Our acknowledgment/Receipt for each such payment would be issued by our Finance & Administration Department immediately on our confirmation of the payment.
Payments by cheque (Personal/Corporate/Bank) are acceptable at our Head Office at Municipal Plaza along MCC/Uratta Road Owerri, and could also be forwarded by recorded mail (Courier Companies).
To avoid making wrong payments that could be difficult to reverse, plot applicants are advised to demand and collect our authenticated Payment Invoices before proceeding to the bank to effect any wire transfer or payment. Each and every such Invoice carries a quotable Payment Invoice Number, Amount To Pay and the correct Banking Account into which the payment is to be directed. All remittances/payments properly made would be acknowledged by our Accounts Department on confirmation..
On no account should cash payment of any money or fee be involved.

Infrastructure Development Levy: N5,000,000
Customary Rights (Omenala fee) approved by the principal judgment in Suit No. HOW/320/2006:
Annual Security Fee: To be prescribed after Estate Security Company becomes operational.
